Jack Pagano is an experienced Senior Media Strategist with a proven track record in public relations, communications, and the radio/television industry. He is a subject matter expert and trainer/mentor in a range of PR skills and areas, including ENG (Electronic News Gathering), video and still documentation, production, crisis management, intelligence analysis, and government contracting.
With a wealth of experience and a passion for making a difference, Jack has established a reputation as a leader in the PR field. He has been instrumental in the success of Afghanistan's GMIC (Government Media and Information Center), and has run major radio and television networks overseas in challenging and life-threatening environments, reaching millions of people daily.
In addition to his extensive PR experience, Jack is a proud member of the Army's Operation Iraqi Freedom Study Group, where he directed and produced the documentary "On Point" as part of the OIF history. He holds a degree from Seton Hall University, with graduate work at Georgetown University and Norwich University, where he earned a Master's degree in Diplomacy.

Yousuf Mansoor is the Business Development Director at GOVCONPR, where he is responsible for the company's growth and expansion initiatives. With his extensive experience in the industry and a proven track record of delivering innovative business solutions, Yousuf is well-equipped to lead GOVCONPR's business development efforts and help the company reach its goals. He has a strong background in a variety of industries, including transportation, construction, information technology, mobile payments, healthcare and telemedicine, international trading, and strategic communications.
His experience in leading and managing successful businesses, including co-founding a full-service strategic communications company in Afghanistan, and running a group of global technology services companies, makes him a valuable asset to the GOVCONPR team. He has also worked closely with the United Nations and NGOs in Afghanistan, co-founding a health clinic that provides telemedicine services to the Afghan people. With his multi-lingual skills and medical training, Yousuf is a well-rounded professional with a diverse skill set.
Suzanne Mansoor is the Director of Sales and Marketing at GOVCONPR, where she is responsible for overseeing the company's sales and marketing initiatives. With her background in proposal development, grant writing, grant evaluation, grant planning/training, and teaching English-Special education, Suzanne is a seasoned professional in the industry. She holds a BA in English with Education certification and an MA in Grants Management and Evaluations, which adds to her expertise. She is also Shipley Certified in Writing and Managing Federal Proposals and has completed an 8-week course on Effective Grant Proposal Writing from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Suzanne works to build GOVCONPR's brand and identify clients' needs to help them grow their business. She connects clients with the proposal development team to write proposals for government and commercial contracts and helps with staffing needs by connecting clients with the staffing team. Suzanne is also responsible for connecting clients with the business development team to help grow their business through strategy development, lead development, and lead pursuit. She maintains a strong relationship with clients, providing solutions and protecting their confidentiality. With her expertise and passion for helping clients succeed, Suzanne is an asset to the GOVCONPR team.
